By using Ajo you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Ajo is a tool to help organise savings groups — we are not a bank or financial institution.
Ajo is a mobile application that helps users organise rotating savings groups (commonly known as ajo, susu, esusu, adashi or tontine). Ajo is a coordination tool only. We do not hold, transfer or process money on your behalf.
⚠️ Ajo does not handle any funds. All money movements happen directly between group members. Ajo is not responsible for any financial losses arising from group activity.
Your account is tied to your phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your verification codes with anyone. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

The Ajo app, logo and all associated content are owned by Ajo. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
